Yes. Every piece is made to order, and custom sizing is the default: we work from your measurements rather than a standard size. Standard sizes (S, M, L) are also available on most styles if you prefer to order one.
Yes — each product page includes an option to customize. You can request custom sizing and adjust design elements such as color or embellishment. Once submitted, our team will contact you for further details.
Customization is included at no additional charge on any Rashmi Kumari piece. Having a piece made to your measurements, or adjusting its details, costs the same as ordering the standard size. On a saree we can adjust blouse style, sleeve length, drape and color; on a kaftan or a set, sleeve length, color and embellishment. Choose Customize on any product page, or message us on WhatsApp, and someone confirms what is possible for that piece before the work begins.
Yes, we specialize in bespoke couture for weddings, red carpets, and private occasions. For custom commissions, please get in touch directly.
We work exclusively with premium fabrics and hand-finished embellishments sourced for their craftsmanship and quality. Each piece is treated as a work of art.

Yes. We deliver worldwide at a flat $45, fully tracked, outside India. The same rate applies whether the piece is going to Dubai or to another continent, and you receive the tracking link the day it leaves the atelier. India is served on its own shipping terms, so message our WhatsApp concierge for your rate.
Yes — once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as Apple Pay. Bank transfer is also available at checkout.
Once you place your order and choose bank transfer at checkout, you’ll receive our account details. Your order will be confirmed once you send a screenshot of the payment to our WhatsApp team.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is a sizing or quality concern, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order — we’ll review your case promptly.
We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your piece in the garment bag provided and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
