Payment Terms

Accepted Method
We currently accept bank transfers only. Card payments, COD, and e-wallets are not available.

Order Hold & Payment Deadline
Your order is reserved for 48 hours after checkout. If cleared funds are not received within this window, the order may be cancelled or subject to new lead times/pricing.

Dispatch After Funds Clear
Production/dispatch timelines begin after your payment has cleared in our account. A remittance slip or screenshot is not confirmation of receipt.

Payment Reference
Include your Order Number in the transfer reference. Missing/incorrect references may delay allocation.

Bank Fees & Net Amount
Please ensure the full invoice amount is received net of all bank/intermediary charges. Select a fee option that covers remitter and intermediary fees so we receive the exact total.

Currency & FX
Invoices are issued in USD unless stated otherwise. If you pay from a non-USD account, your bank’s conversion rate applies. Any shortfall due to FX/fees must be topped up. Refunds (if applicable) are processed in USD; FX differences are not reimbursed.

Processing Times
International transfers may take 2–5 business days. UAE weekends/public holidays and your bank’s cut-off times can extend these estimates.

Name Match & Verification
For security, the payer name should match the order name. Third-party payments may require additional verification and can delay processing.

Under/Overpayments

  • Underpayment: we’ll request a top-up before processing.

  • Overpayment: we will refund the difference to the original sending account less applicable bank charges.

Unmatched Transfers
If we cannot match a payment to an order within 14 days (e.g., missing reference), we may return the funds to the originating account minus bank fees.

Refund Route (Bank Transfer Only)
Where a refund is due under our policies, it will be returned only to the original remitting account for AML/security reasons. Bank processing times apply.

Anti-Fraud & Risk Controls
 We may place holds, require ID/address confirmation, switch to signature-required delivery, or cancel/refund suspected fraudulent orders.
