If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address, with all associated shipping and customs charges covered by the customer; however, for returns due to defects or errors on our part we will cover the shipping cost. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.

Price & Content Information

While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you.

Delivery Charges

Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. A standard delivery fee will be charged for all international orders. Duties and taxes are not included in the products' price stated on the website, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

Rashmi Kumari oversees the dispatch of your order, but transit timelines are handled by independent courier partners and may be subject to delays beyond our control. After your package has been handed over, please direct any tracking or delivery questions to the courier. Because each piece is made to order, occasional unforeseen delays can occur, and we will keep you informed if they do.

Custom/Duties/Taxes

1. All of our pieces are designed to be dry clean only. We strongly recommend that customers adhere to these care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the garment.

2. Please note that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or any cleaning methods other than dry cleaning will not be covered under our returns or exchange policy. We will not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from improper care.
