How long does an order take to reach me in Abu Dhabi?
Every piece is hand made to order, which takes 4 to 6 weeks in our UAE atelier. After dispatch, delivery within the UAE is 1 to 2 business days by tracked courier.
When should I order for my event?
Order 6 to 8 weeks before the date. That covers the 4 to 6 week make time, the short courier leg, and space for a final fitting adjustment if you want one.
Can I customize my piece?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every piece is made to order, so sizing, blouse style, sleeve length and drape can all be adjusted to you. Tell our WhatsApp concierge what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
Do you have a shop in Abu Dhabi?
No. We hold no retail floor and no stock. Everything is made in our UAE atelier once you order, which is why the fit is yours and the wait is four to six weeks.
