How long does an order take to reach me in Sharjah?
Every piece is hand made to order, which takes 4 to 6 weeks in our UAE atelier. After dispatch, delivery within the UAE is 1 to 2 business days by tracked courier.
When should I order for my event?
Order 6 to 8 weeks before the date. That covers the 4 to 6 week make time, the courier leg, and a margin for any final adjustment to the fit.
Can I customize my piece?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every piece is made to order, so sizing, blouse style, sleeve length and drape can all be adjusted to you. Tell our WhatsApp concierge what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
What does shipping cost, and will I pay duties?
A flat $45 worldwide, fully tracked. Import duties, where applicable, are payable on delivery. We confirm the landed cost with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
What are the pieces actually made from?
Fabric and hand embellishment are chosen per order and confirmed with you before cutting. Pieces run from $530 depending on the cloth and the hours of hand work involved.
How is the fit handled without a fitting room?
Nothing is pre-cut, so we work from your measurements rather than a size chart. Our concierge takes you through them on WhatsApp and keeps them on file for the next order.
