How long does an order to Muscat take?
Every piece is made to order, so allow 4 to 6 weeks in the atelier before dispatch. After dispatch, tracked express courier usually reaches Muscat in 2 to 3 business days. Your tracking number is sent the day the parcel leaves.
When should I order for my event?
Order 6 to 8 weeks before the date. That covers the 4 to 6 week make time, transit, and a margin for any final adjustment. If your date is closer than that, message the WhatsApp concierge first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Can I customize my piece?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every piece is made to order, so sizing, blouse style, sleeve length and drape can all be adjusted to you. Tell our WhatsApp concierge what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
