Every Rashmi Kumari piece is embroidered by hand in our UAE atelier only after you order, then couriered to your door anywhere across the metro. It is made for the suburban hotel ballrooms that hold a three-day wedding, the country clubs out along the western corridor, and the community halls where Navratri fills nine nights in a row. Nothing is stock. One garment, cut and beaded for one person, then sent.

How long does it take to receive my order in Chicago?
Your piece is hand-made to order in our UAE atelier over 4 to 6 weeks. After dispatch, allow 3 to 5 business days by tracked express courier to any address in the city or the suburbs. Shipping is $45 flat, worldwide.
When should I order for my event?
Order 8 to 10 weeks ahead of the date. That covers the 4 to 6 week make time plus transit and still leaves room for a fit check. In peak wedding season, message us on WhatsApp first and we will confirm the date before you pay.
Can I customize my piece?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every piece is made to order, so sizing, blouse style, sleeve length and drape can all be adjusted to you. Tell our WhatsApp concierge what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
Do I pay import duties on delivery?
Import duties, where applicable, are payable on delivery. We confirm the landed cost with you on WhatsApp before dispatch, so the full number is agreed in advance.
Can the fit be adjusted to my measurements?
Yes. Nothing is cut before your order exists, so measurements are taken at the point of order and the piece is built to them. Our team walks you through each measurement over WhatsApp.
Do you have a store in Chicago?
No. There is no storefront on Devon Avenue or anywhere in the suburbs, and no local stock. Each garment ships direct from the atelier that made it, which is how hand embroidery stays at from $530.
