Order 8 to 10 weeks ahead of the date. That covers the 4 to 6 week make time plus transit, with room to check the fit on arrival. If your date is tighter than that, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Can I customize my piece?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every piece is made to order, so sizing, blouse style, sleeve length and drape can all be adjusted to you. Tell our WhatsApp concierge what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
Do I pay import duties on delivery?
Import duties, where applicable, are payable on delivery. We confirm the landed cost with you on WhatsApp before dispatch, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the door.
Can I order to a doorman building or a work address?
Yes. Every order ships tracked and signed for, so a doorman desk or an office reception both work. Tell us the delivery preference when you place the order and we will note it on the courier instructions.
Do you have a store in New York City?
