Rashmi Kumari goes the other direction, to your door. Each piece is embroidered by hand in our UAE atelier only after you order, then couriered anywhere in the Houston area. How long does it take to receive my order in Houston?
Your piece is hand-made to order in our UAE atelier over 4 to 6 weeks. After dispatch, allow 3 to 5 business days by tracked express courier to any Houston area address. Shipping is $45 flat, worldwide.
When should I order for my event?
Order 8 to 10 weeks ahead of the date. That covers the 4 to 6 week make time plus transit and leaves room for a fit check on arrival. If your date is tighter, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether it can be met.
Can I customize my piece?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every piece is made to order, so sizing, blouse style, sleeve length and drape can all be adjusted to you. Tell our WhatsApp concierge what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you pay.
Do I pay import duties on delivery?
Import duties, where applicable, are payable on delivery. We confirm the landed cost with you on WhatsApp before dispatch, so nothing arrives unaccounted for.
Can the fit be adjusted to my measurements?
Yes. Nothing is cut before you order, so we take measurements at that point and build to them. Our team walks you through taking each one over WhatsApp, along with fabric and colour guidance.
Do you have a store in Houston?
No. There is no storefront on Hillcroft or Harwin and no local stock anywhere in Texas. Each garment travels direct from the atelier that made it, which is how a fully hand-worked piece stays between $580 and $1,400.
